Refund policy

If you would like to return or exchange an item please email info@mershy.com with your order number, within 14 days of your delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of your request being submitted. We offer returns for store credit, a refund back to your original form of payment, or an exchange for a different size or item. 

To be eligible for a return your item must follow the requirements below:

• Items must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn, unused, and with all tags, and in its original product packaging.

• Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.

• All sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

• Mershy reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not meet our return policy requirements or are returned without authorization.

For Domestic exchanges we will accommodate an exchange for a different size in the same variant (style and color) or a new item. 

For International exchanges, we do not cover shipping and duties and taxes paid on international orders are non-refundable. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are outside of our control.

Mershy is not responsible for items not received due to shipping issues while in transit.
